We offer a 30-day window for returns on unused, unopened items to ensure your sacred space remains filled with only the most suitable tools.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days; please note that custom herbs and ritual oils are final sale.

  Email our coven support team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original shipping box with all protective materials to prevent breakage during transit back to our workshop.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs, within 5-7 business days.
